My Story
TW: Religion
I have great and grave concerns about global, national, state and local healthcare. My testimony is with Kaiser Permanente. I live in Denver, Colorado and have Medicaid. I have a series of disabling conditions that have gotten worse over time and compounded daily with interest.
Several of my treating physicians are only concerned with banking every last dollar they can before they reach retirement, resign or get fired. I understand having a 401k and retirement for doing good work. However, some of these derilicts also have a vested interest in the pharmaceutical companies, medical supply companies and vendors as well as other aspects of healthcare.
There are good and bad in all people and things in life. However, the entire system globally has become so corrupt that it is beyond the point of redemption. What goes up must come down and the life expectancy in the U.S. will start rapidly declining as a result of this and other factors. Everything is interdependent so when you start losing your health, your finances, housing, relationships, everything goes with it. I believe it is because God wants all of us to leave this behind and choose Him over all this. In the end, what you don't surrender time has a way of stripping away through various means. Only God is our true source of healing. He will free us of this manmade corruption and He'll on Earth at some point. Patients are patient, meek humble servants of the Lord enduring their pain as well as that of the humanity that surrounds them and that is the worst and hardest part though God has great purpose in it. It's simply mind over matter until the end.
I don't fear death because I know who and whose I am. It's what you endure in getting to end of the race that's so hard. God's grace is enough and each of us will go home when the time is right. In the end, faith and timing are everything!
