My Story

My journey as a Long COVID survivor/sufferer began in March 2020.

In the Before Times, I was a sociology professor enjoying cross country travels to promote my book, Childfree by Choice (Dutton, 2019). These days, between migraines and naps, I find myself ranting about COVID, raging at the broken system that is keeping us here in this state with few answers and even fewer resources for those who need them most, and angling for change.

My Motivation and Inspiration

I recently started my blog, Short Stories About Long COVID, and its corresponding Instagram page as outlets to help me do that.
